Our Classic Raspberry recipe created such a smooth, velvety texture when deseeded, it soon became a permanent jam for "Mother's Pure Preserves". This is such a delight. Not having the seeds definitely does not hinder this one's flavor! (Although we carefully deseed the fruit, please watch for the occasional seed that may get through).
